Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating Introduces New Vice President, Quality Assurance

Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. Cooling & Heating Division (Mitsubishi Electric), a leading manufacturer of Zoned Comfort Solutions™ and variable refrigerant flow cooling and heating systems, announced the promotion of Gary Nettinger to vice president, quality assurance.

In this role, Nettinger is responsible for overseeing a team that continuously works to improve product offerings and services provided to the customer and end user. Based out of the Cooling & Heating Division’s office in Suwanee, Georgia, he also provides support and assistance to the quality assurance team, which is made up of five departments: quality assurance, technical services, the customer care center, resolution services and applications. In his new role, Nettinger manages quality processes in engineering design, manufacturing and delivery; warranty processes; application guidance of product offerings; and customer service staffing and requests.

Nettinger brings nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, previously serving as senior director, OEM and Engineered Solutions at Mitsubishi Electric, where he oversaw the sale of HVAC compressors to U.S.-based original equipment manufacturers. Additionally, in this position, he led the design and implementation of advanced building controls systems, and provided application sales support to industry constituents. Nettinger also served in various senior-level applied product sales and customer support positions for several other leading HVAC brands. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership from Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
